Data Isolation

Each church's data is stored in its own isolated tenant. We never share sermon content, transcripts, or study materials between churches. Your content is never used to train AI models.

Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
  • After cancellation: Transcript files are available for export for 90 days after cancellation. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
  • Backups: Encrypted backups are retained for 30 days for disaster recovery.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: - Payment processing: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) - Hosting: Vercel and Turso (SOC 2 compliant) - AI processing: Anthropic Claude API (data not used for training) - Audio processing: WhisperX (self-hosted, no data leaves our servers)
