Our Story

Your Sermon Doesn't Have to End on Sunday

A pastor spends 15 hours preparing one sermon. It's the most important 30 minutes of their church's week. By Tuesday, most of the congregation has moved on. By next Sunday, a new message replaces it entirely. That's over 1,000 hours of a pastor's life each year — study, prayer, illustrations drawn from real experience — reaching people for a single hearing.

We started SermonSync because we believed that cycle could change. What if a pastor's message didn't end on Sunday morning? What if it kept reaching people all week — through their inbox on Monday, their social feed on Tuesday, their small group on Wednesday, their daily reading on Thursday?

That's what SermonSync does. One sermon upload. 7 touchpoints of reinforcement — email recaps, social media content, small group guides, devotionals, reading plans, and more — all built from the pastor's own words. The congregation doesn't download an app or change any behavior. The content comes to them, in channels they already use.

We built this for the pastor at a 50-person church who's also the social media manager, the small group coordinator, and the IT department. We built it for the pastor's spouse who's been doing the church Instagram unpaid and unappreciated. We built it for the small group leader who scrambles every Wednesday for material that has nothing to do with Sunday's sermon.

Your sermon deserves more than a single hearing. Your people deserve to hear from you all week.

Our Mission

"To make sure every sermon keeps reaching people long after Sunday morning — amplifying the pastor's voice through every channel, every day of the week, so that no hour of preparation is ever wasted."

What We Believe

Our Values

Church-First

Every decision starts with one question: does this serve the church? We build for pastors, congregations, and the volunteers who hold everything together — not for investors or algorithms.

Your Words, Your Voice

Every email, social post, discussion guide, and devotional is built from your actual sermon — your illustrations, your scripture, your heart. We never generate content from the internet. Nothing reaches your congregation that didn't come from you first.

Invisible by Design

The best technology disappears into the background. You upload your sermon on Sunday. By Monday morning, your congregation is hearing from you again — through email, social media, and small group material. You review and approve. We handle everything else.

Every Church Matters

A church of 50 where every member hears from their pastor all week is doing something most megachurches can't pull off. We built SermonSync for churches exactly like yours — where every person matters and every sermon counts.

See What Your Sermon Becomes

Send us one sermon. We'll show you 7 touchpoints from your own words — the Monday email, the social posts, the small group guide. Your words, reaching your people all week. Completely free.
